Is the kit suitable for my bike?
First of all you have to confirm your rim size, we only provide 26 inch and 28 inch (29 inch, 700c), the rim width is 1.5-1.95 inch, if it is ES Everest MTB 26", the rim width is 1.95-2.35 inch.
Does the price include the extra freight fee, Also does it include the VAT?
The price has included VAT and the freight cost.
Can I buy an additional motor or battery?

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the goods and want to return them?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

I bought the 48V 15AH battery. The battery works great so far and works as intended with my 500 watt front hub motor. I usually go for about 40 km rides in the city switching from pedal assist to just throttle and after the ride i usually still have 50% or rarely 30% of the battery remaining. To summarize - its a great product (shipping was fast aswell)

First I did not have any info on the delivery tracking of the battery that I had to claim.
Then I'm very happy I received the battery in 10 days.
It arrived well charged, it's the 48v 16 amp model plugged into a 48v 750 watt Tongsheng motor that I love.
I put the battery on the bike with temporary rubber bands to do a first test in the mountains over 36km with 730 meters of hard climbs in boost mode to fully test all the possibilities of the equipment.
In just 2 hours I only burned 840 calories and there is still 50% battery left, I'm really very happy.
In principle with a non-electric bike on this hard course I need all day with a picnic, I burn 2500 calories and it's very difficult for me. I will be able to explore much higher and much further in the mountains while doing my sport. I hope that the battery, which I take great care of, will age well.
