At eSoulbike, we provide a warranty for our products to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Motor: 2 years
  • Lithium Battery: 1 year
  • Controller Display: 1 year
  • Charger: 1 year
  • Other electric parts: 0.5 year

Process
To initiate the warranty process, you must contact and inform eSoulBike customer service. We may request proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible of the issue, along with photo and/or video materials if available. Please note that for your safety, you should stop using the product(s) until the issue is completely resolved.service. 

eSoulBike customer service will work with you to identify potential resolutions for the issue with your product(s). Depending on your situation, possible remedies may include guiding you to perform simple fixes on your own, directing you to one of our official service points, allowing you to use a professional bicycle workshop of your choice and reimbursing the repair costs, or arranging transport of the product(s) back to eSoulBike for handling. We will provide instructions regarding the procedure, and the defective component will be replaced with an original or equivalent component.

Unauthorized repairs hinder our ability to review the defect and determine whether it falls under the warranty. The warranty may be void if you or a third party attempt to repair the product(s) without prior notification and authorization from eSoulBike.

Important Note


like any physical activity, riding a bicycle may cause minor or major injuries or discomfort and may aggravate underlying medical conditions or diseases. By choosing to ride an esoulbike bicycle, the customer assumes all responsibilities and risks for such injuries or medical conditions.

The customer acknowledges that operating the bicycle has inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, road and sidewalk conditions, natural and unnatural objects and obstacles, impact or collision, and negligence of others. The customer acknowledes and agrees that this limits our liability as provided in this section. The customer shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from any claims by the customer or any third party arising out of the customer's use of the bicycle.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, except as expressly provided herein, the customer assumes all risk and liability for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, to persons or property of the customer or others arising from the possession, use, operation, or care and control of the bicycle by the customer, including but not limited to all medical costs and financial and economic losses.
